How to Replace The Coupling On Your Cuisinart Blender

It happens from time to time but you place to many ingredients into your blender, it puts to much stress on the machine and the coupling breaks.  Don't panic.  Replacing the coupling on your Cuisinart blender is a simple and easy task that takes about 2-3 minutes.

The Cuisinart coupling is made of plastic so it can break easily if you over exert the machine by putting too much ice or other thick and heavy ingredients into the blender jar.  To avoid this make sure that you have a proper ratio of liquid to ice in your blender which will create a vortex when the machine is turned on in the center of the mixture.  This vortex will draw the ingredients into the middle and blend them easily and seamlessly.
