We're trying to clean a self cleaning oven for a friend & we can't get the coils on the bottom out, do they HAVE to be out? It looks in the clip that it does, but do we get a tool & unscrew the 2 nuts holding them in??? Please advise FAST! Also, what is a GRID? We don't seem to see that!
